My name is Claudia Osorio, I´m studying visual art at the Universidad de Chile.
I decided to study art because from girl I feel it is my vocation. I like working in serigraph, and I have a particular interest for the sculptural object. My favourite artist is Shirin Neshat, because she working with the problem of the islamic woman, she is a referent for the feminism in the art. The principal topic in my work is the female identity, also my world personal and subjetive. In my work, generally, I repeat a gesture, for example the sewing gesture, also repeat a line and bend paper.
For the time being I keep working in my production of art.
